SPIRIT OF SAN RAFAEL
UTILITY BOX ART PROJECT
The Utility Box Art Project was developed by the SRLI Class of 2019 to enhance the beauty and vibrancy of San Rafael and bring art to unexpected places.
Through the efforts of this project, six local artists were commissioned to showcase their original work on utility boxes in Downtown San Rafael.
